The NiteHowl LED Safety Collar is made with a flexible polymer tube, illuminated by two bright LEDs and is also weather resistant. It simply slides over your dog's neck for hours of night time fun & safety.
The LEDs can be set to either flash or glow modes which is great for differentiating more than one dog. The tube and be cut to size.
